There is such realness and intimacy in these photos. I suppose that's what makes Charlotte Gainsbourg so appealing. There's an honesty and accessibility about her, yet she seems so otherworldly that you don't quite know what to make of it. A true icon.

It's as though you can almost feel and smell the crisp air emanating from these images. Isabeli is the embodiment of chic in this frenchie-inspired editorial. Also, this is making me really excited for Paris fashion week!

The school-boy blue, the big gold buttons the shrunken and impeccable cut. Emanuelle carries it off with such ease, i have really nothing else to say about her easy, effortless, casual elegance.

It's kind of like the legion of honor, isn't it? Every muse in their look. And i'm just loving Rose's steeze here, she really stands out, proving that she's bursting with personality.

Raquel, her golden skin, the liquid metal Ralph Lauren jumper-dress, the white straw bench... It's all making me extremely eager for the warmer months ahead.

Freja doing what she does best: being cool. Monochromatic never looked so good.

Chloë looking her usual flawlessly cool self over at nyc fashion week.

Decked out in fur at Diesel. Swoon.
While i'm at it, have an amazing weekend everyone!

Sure, we all have skeletons lurking around... Can you believe this?! A chubby, pre-posh, pre-beckham, early 90's Victoria. This shit it AMAZING.

This trifecta of models are among my favorites: Alana, a seasoned veteran (and Canadian beauty) whose praises i've sung before right here, Karmen, a well-established girl and Jac, one of my darling newbies (i hope she does Paris this season!). Not only are they all completely gorgeous and amazing models, but their off-duty style is flawless. Case in point.

Thought i'd share with you what i did this past sunday. In true Canadian spirit, this girl laced up her skates, braved the cold and had a an absolute blast.

What a beauty.

But he was the [sic] real: a genuinely talented man. Soulful, deeply English and, of course, dark. He did have a dark, romantic side that surfaced in his collections. Depressed at times? I didn’t know him well enough to say so, but I would imagine he had his moments of despair. This is a tough business, and as tough and brash as he often appeared, he was, as Mr. Treacy said, a sweet and sensitive person.
