The fashionista's holy grail.

[linadimoda]
Can you say chic in an i-just-threw-this-on type of way? Perfection.

Part Annie Hall, part Hamish Bowles, this modern-day take has all the vintage charm one could fathom.

Could this look be any more flawless? This is simplicity at its finest. We could all learn a thing or two from Paris voguettes - although granted Géraldine has the best mentor...

I haven't done an outfit post in quite some time and that's simply because i don't have a spare minute. And i have a shitty camera. And it sometimes proves to be a little difficult to get together for that sole purpose with my partner in crime.
However!
As previously discussed with said partner in crime, the most honest way to showcase your style (is it vain to think that some people out there care?) is to capture what you actually wear on a daily basis, like, in REAL LIFE. Sure, "editorial style" outfit posts are representative of my taste and i have never shown anything on this blog that i didn't actually wear... but these iphone shots yonder were taken on a whim before leaving for work in the morning. They may not be the greatest aspirational fantasy-inducing imagery, but they are competely sincere for 100% authenticity. Which is why you'll have to excuse the mess in the background. (You might have already seen these if you follow me on Twitter, and if so, my apologies...)
For this look i was inspired by Isabel Marant AW10

Blouse - Vintage
Jeans - The Kooples
Shoes (they are red, in case you can't tell) - Vintage

Scarf - H&M
Earrings - H&M
Bag - Givenchy
Striped top - Zara
Jeans - J Brand
Shoes - Zigi
Coat - Vintage
Scarf - No name
Bag - Cowboys Bag
Not only is this photo stunning, but so is that amazing red dress. Sweetness and femininity with a dark urban feel. Pretty badass if you ask me.

Not only did she make a splash on the runways this season, her first show season ever, but Britt Maren's MOD style was just as alluring.

Monochromatic rules. There is something so nostalgic, yet so modern about these, don't you think?

I've come to realize that movement - or the illusion of - in photographs is something that always captivates me. Simply put, it adds another dimension to the image. Bonus when the styling is impeccable, such as here.

Can you say WOW?! So striking and right in tune with all the navajo and native inspired pieces of the season.

For my third and last installment of fashion week power houses, i bring you the amazing fall-off-your-chair-she's-so-stylish Sarah Rutson. Her charisma no doubt contributes to the ease with which she pulls off every outfit. She's hands down one of the people whose closet i would most like to raid, as i find my aesthetic very similar to hers.

I love photos that capture people interacting. Bonus when they're well dressed! I am crazy for both of these looks that are reminiscent of two of my favorite eras: the 70s and the 90s.

Today would be one of those days! I had my graduation ceremony from university yesterday so i had to go out and celebrate last night ;)Now i'm trying to figure out what to get myself as a present for this milestone... I'm thinking shoes. Thoughts?

Sweater - H&M
Leather jacket - H&M
Pants - Mondi
Boots - Ralph Lauren
Bag - Cowboys Bag
Just like a 60s barbie doll. So alluring.

I am so in love with the ethnic prints we've been seeing everywhere; they undoubtedly make the best inspiration for spectacular editorials. This is a visual feast.

This girl has got it going on, we all know that, but her fashion week appearances mean a whole lot of extra sartorial candy.

I just love how these two contrasting elements compliment one another so well.

[fashiongonerogue]
Zara's look books always make a girl want to go shopping.

I know i've been talking a lot about models recently but blame it on fashion month! I've always admired Karmen's off duty style. I love her simplicity, the ease and unfussy pieces she chooses, which are only enhanced by her looks.

I am currently quite keen on the nude/camel & red combo. It feels so fresh.

Not exactly the most flattering shot of me, but i was snapped in this outfit last week and thought i should share. I am currently living in these pants, they're so amazing... worth every penny.

Shoes - H&M
Trench coat (in hand) - Zara
Bag - Cowboysbag
Sunnies - Ray Ban
