Taking inspiration from my gal Stephanie, i've decided to document my latest culinary endeavor. I have made these bad boys before and they are absolutely delicious, but the best part is that they are actually healthy (for serious, i am really not kidding) - they don't contain any sugar, egg, flower or butter! I'm not a huge fan of too much sweetness so these are perfect for me - find the recipe here. Every time i've made them i skipped the shredded coconut, added a little extra oatmeal and instead of putting the full canola oil portion, i do half canola, half organic Agave nectar (but you could also use honey). As for the chocolate i've used both Lindt 85% cocoa bar and Scharffen Berger 70% bittersweet bar, but you can use whatever you like, of course. Give them a try for a guilt-free sweet fix.
