What I Wore to Travel & Explore

If you follow me on Instagram, you've seen this look before. I wore this on our trip to Chicago a couple of weeks ago, put together with the Windy City's weather in mind. In fact, this was my airplane ensemble, which I had planned to stay in through our first day of exploring. It ended up being perfect.

Here are the reasons I love this look:

- The stripes are a classic but the pink scarf adds a nice jazzy touch.
- The color scheme is understated but not a snoozefest.
- The & Other Stories cords are a beautiful deep shade of blue and cute unexpected crop flared cut.
- The white Vans provide quintessential cool girl vibes.
- The suede jacket is vintage at its finest (an old Ann Taylor piece from what appears to be late 80s), and the color is echoed in the (also vintage) belt—a beautiful textured leather Armani.

It's one of those outfits that anyone can recreate, whether you're inspired by the individual pieces or the color palette. Kind of an autumnal no-brainer!
